6. Opening a Turkish Bank Account
We accompany you to a trusted local bank to open an account — a necessary step for transferring funds.
7. Payment of Purchase Price
You transfer the agreed amount to your Turkish bank account. The funds are then converted into Turkish Lira in accordance with legal regulations.
8. Submission to the Land Registry
The bank submits all required documentation and payment confirmation to the land registry office. Processing typically takes 4–5 business days.
9. Title Deed Transfer
Once approved, the title deed (Tapu) is officially transferred in your name at the land registry office, with both buyer and seller present. At this point, you become the legal owner.
10. Municipal Registration
We accompany you to register your new property at the local municipal office and assist with transferring water and electricity accounts to your name.
